I am taking a cue from Kasie, and golly what a trend setter she is. I think that its going to be a good thing that I'm going to do. I am going to start weight watchers for 3 reasons
1) I need to be more aware of portion size and not eating 10 tacos as a meal.
2) I'm doing it to help support the people that I care about that are trying to lose weight
3) I am trying to make myself feel healthier
Now I know that most people think that I don't need to lose any large amount of weight which is true. But I do need to live a more healthy and balanced life. I think that its important for me to try to get into a healthier lifestyle with me growing up and needing to make changes while I can still do things a bit easily.
Now I am also going to ask that my friends do what Kasie asked me. When you see me ask me how I've been eating. If you see me eating something that should be strictly forbidden then mention things. I think that its best for you to all be supporting me.
